Job Description: 
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. The Business Development Intern will support the sales and marketing team in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate should have a strong interest in business development, sales, and marketing and be eager to learn and grow within the IT industry. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in identifying potential clients through market research and networking. 
  • Support the sales team in developing and maintaining relationships with clients to generate leads and drive sales. 
  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns to attract new clients. 
  • Assist in creating and delivering presentations and proposals to clients. 
  • Contribute to negotiating and closing deals with clients. 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the company's CRM system. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies. 
Requirements: 
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, and marketing 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite 
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools (preferred but not required) 
  • Create and maintain a portfolio of company services and solutions that can be effectively presented and offered during online bidding processes. 
  • Research and analyze the requirements of each bidding opportunity, including project scope, budget, and timeline, to develop competitive proposals and bids. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as technical and delivery teams, to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of proposed solutions and services.
