Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Executive to join our team. The Email Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the company's marketing objectives and target audience
- Create and maintain a database of email subscribers and leads for targeted email marketing campaigns
- Write compelling and effective email copy, subject lines, and calls to action to drive engagement and conversions
- Design and develop email templates and graphics that align with the company's brand and marketing guidelines
- Test and optimize email campaigns for maximum effectiveness, including A/B testing subject lines, email copy, and calls to action
- Analyze email campaign performance and generate reports to inform decision-making and optimize future campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and design, to ensure seamless execution of email campaigns
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing to inform campaign strategies and tactics
- 1 to 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in email marketing tools and platforms, such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
- Experience with A/B testing and email campaign optimization.
- Understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
