Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Business Developer to join our growing team. The Junior Business Developer will assist in identifying business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. Responsibilities:
- Ensure profiles are updated with the latest skills, experience, and portfolio items.
- Identify relevant projects, submit competitive proposals, tailor bids to client needs, and track their status with follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand project requirements, address queries, provide updates, and negotiate terms.
- Focus on client satisfaction to secure repeat business through excellent service and quality work.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations, monitor progress, and handle feedback for timely delivery.
- Stay updated on freelancing trends, analyze competitors' strategies, and explore new platforms for business expansion.
- Track and analyze proposal performance, generate reports on success rates, client feedback, and areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance win rates.
- Regularly update profiles with new projects, skills, and testimonials, and optimize descriptions and keywords for better visibility while maintaining a professional brand image.
- Address disputes and issues during project execution, mediate conflicts between clients and internal teams, and ensure projects meet client satisfaction for positive ratings.
- Monitor payment schedules, ensure timely invoicing, track earnings, manage refunds, and handle financial disputes.
- Continuously improve freelancing skills through webinars, articles, and training, and stay informed about changes in platform policies.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing and managing profiles and securing projects on freelancing platforms.
- Demonstrated success in project bidding, proposal writing, and client communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary, to communicate with clients in different time zones or to meet urgent project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle client issues, project challenges, and platform-related obstacles.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.

- BS degree in relevant field
