Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth through proactive sales strategies and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, with a strong background in the IT industry. Responsibilities:
  • Lead the business development team to identify potential clients through effective market research and networking.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and revenue goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns aimed at acquiring new clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the company's capabilities and value propositions.
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using the company's CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic sales decisions.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities within online bidding platforms and marketplaces to expand the company's client base.
  • Manage a portfolio of services and solutions, ensuring they are effectively presented and positioned during bidding processes.
  • Analyze bidding opportunities, including project scope, budget, and timeline, to develop competitive proposals and bids.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and delivery teams to validate proposed solutions and ensure alignment with client requirements.
Requirements:
    • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the IT industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at senior levels.
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals effectively.
    • Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering impactful presentations and proposals.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools to manage and analyze sales performance data.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a business development team towards achieving collective goals.
