Job Description: 
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Identify potential clients through market research and networking. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate leads and drive sales. 
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns to attract new clients. 
  • Create and deliver presentations and proposals to clients. 
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients. 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the company's CRM system. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies. 
  • Identify and participate in relevant online bidding platforms and marketplaces to generate new leads and opportunities for the company. 
  • Create and maintain a portfolio of company services and solutions that can be effectively presented and offered during online bidding processes. 
  • Research and analyze the requirements of each bidding opportunity, including project scope, budget, and timeline, to develop competitive proposals and bids. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as technical and delivery teams, to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of proposed solutions and services. 
Requirements: 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills. 
  • Ability to create and deliver effective presentations and proposals. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Morning Shift (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM) 
  • Night Shift (08:00 PM to 04:00 AM)
