Job Description: We are looking for an energetic Calling Agent and Email Marketer with a minimum of 1 year of experience, who is proficient in English. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and customer engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to drive results through personalized interaction and targeted email campaigns. Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote products or services, following scripts and company guidelines for effective communication.
  • Qualify leads by gathering information, assessing needs, and determining interest in the company’s offerings.
  • Set up appointments or demos for the sales team by coordinating times with interested leads.
  • Send personalized and professional emails to follow up on calls, provide information, and address inquiries; manage email campaigns to ensure engaging content.
  • Engage with customers to build relationships, address concerns, and provide information about products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and interactions in CRM systems or spreadsheets; update client information and track communication history.
  • Collect feedback from calls and emails to understand client needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on call and email activities, lead status, and campaign performance to management.
  • Ensure all calling and emailing activities comply with regulations and company policies, including data protection laws.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with business objectives and strategies.
  • Follow predefined scripts and messaging frameworks to ensure consistency and effectiveness in communication.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling and email marketing.
  • Fluency in English is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and engage clients through effective communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset to track performance and optimize marketing strategies based on data.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Education:
  • BS degree in relevant field
