Job Description: 
Soft Enterprise is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our Human Resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring the HR department aligns with the company’s goals, supports employee development, and fosters a productive, positive workplace culture. This role involves direct supervision of the HR team and plays a critical part in decision-making and policy creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, and employee life-cycle management.
  • Design and manage performance evaluation and employee feedback systems.
  • Handle conflict resolution, employee grievances, and disciplinary processes.
  • Lead payroll processing, attendance systems, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and improve HR software systems and internal documentations.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement, training, and development programs.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower needs and workforce planning.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to office management and petty cash expenses, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Approve vendors and coordinate with maintenance teams, IT, and facility providers.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics for leadership and strategic decision-making.
