Soft Enterprise is looking for a motivated and organized Human Resource Intern who is eager to develop a strong foundation in human resources operations and strategy. Job Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern, your key duties will include:
- Assisting with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Supporting the on-boarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
- Maintaining and updating employee records in the HR system.
- Coordinating employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Drafting HR policies, handbooks, and official communications.
- Supporting performance management and feedback tracking processes.
- Conducting research on HR best practices and preparing reports.
- Monitoring and managing office inventories (e.g., supplies, stationery).
- Tracking and maintaining petty cash expenses with accurate documentation.
- Assisting with payroll processing by verifying attendance, calculating wages, and helping prepare payroll reports.
- Ensuring compliance with payroll-related documentation and labour laws.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Familiarity with payroll processes or accounting basics is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic finance or inventory tracking is a plus.
- A proactive, responsible, and eager-to-learn attitude.
