Job Description:
Soft Enterprise is seeking a Junior Business Development Coordinator to help drive business growth and build lasting client relationships. In this role, you will support the team in managing client interactions, generating leads, handling freelancing profiles, and submitting bids for new projects. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within the business development field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities across various sectors.
- Manage and update freelancing profiles (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) to attract new business and maintain client relationships.
- Craft and submit proposals and bids on freelancing platforms to secure projects.
- Assist in client engagement, understanding their needs, and coordinating timely follow-ups.
- Help create business proposals and presentations tailored to specific client needs.
- Maintain client information and track project statuses, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, project management) to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Track sales leads, manage the sales pipeline, and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to contribute fresh ideas to business development strategies.
- Assist in reporting and documenting business development activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of business development strategies and lead generation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
