Job Description:
Soft Enterprise is seeking a Project Management Intern to support our delivery teams in planning, tracking, and ensuring on time completion of projects. In this role, you will learn and apply industry standard project management tools (Trello, Jira) and methodologies—without needing technical coding skills—and help coordinate cross functional teams to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain project boards in Trello and Jira, ensuring tasks are accurately logged, prioritized, and assigned.
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to keep teams aligned.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, flagging risks or delays to the senior PM.
  • Track task progress, update statuses, and generate regular project status reports for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and QA to ensure deliverables meet scope and quality standards.
  • Follow up with team members on pending tasks and deadlines, fostering accountability.
  • Assist in drafting project documentation: project plans, requirement summaries, change requests, and meeting minutes.
  • Help manage client communications: schedule touchpoints, capture feedback, and log action items.
  • Support continuous improvement by gathering team feedback and suggesting process optimizations.

Job Requirements: 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management concepts (Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
  • Basic experience or willingness to learn Trello, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn from senior project managers.
  • Team oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
