Job Description:
Soft Enterprise is looking for a motivated Software Engineer (MERN) Intern to join our development team. This role is designed for individuals who want to strengthen their full-stack development skills by working on real-world web applications using modern technologies. You will collaborate with experienced developers and contribute to meaningful projects that improve performance, usability, and scalability.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and enhance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and React.js.
- Assist in developing and integrating RESTful APIs with frontend systems.
- Work with MongoDB for data storage, queries, and basic optimization.
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in debugging, testing, and resolving application issues.
- Contribute to improving application performance and user experience.
- Take part in code reviews, team discussions, and learning sessions.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Basic knowledge of React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Understanding of MongoDB and REST API concepts.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive attitude toward learning modern development practices.
