Job Description:
Soft Enterprise is looking for a motivated and passionate UI/UX Designer Intern to join our design team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing their skills in user interface and user experience design. As a UI/UX Intern, you will assist with designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and enhancing user experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with the design team, developers, and project managers to create engaging and efficient designs for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Support the UX team by conducting user research and competitor analysis.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design software.
- Assist in gathering and evaluating user feedback through testing, surveys, and interviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, product) to ensure designs meet user needs and technical requirements.
- Help create design documentation, user flow diagrams, and design specs for development teams.
- Learn to iterate on designs based on user feedback and project requirements.
- Contribute to maintaining design consistency and adhering to brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UI/UX design and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
- Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and user research methods.
- Strong visual design sense, including a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.
- A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design projects, case studies, or academic work is required.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and improve your skills.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image editing and visual asset preparation.
