Job Description:
Soft Enterprise is seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing engaging, user-centered interfaces and creating seamless user experiences across both web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and other design team members to ensure that our digital products are visually appealing, functional, and easy to use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with user needs.
- Collaborate with project managers and developers to create high-quality, functional designs from concept to execution.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to gather insights and improve the overall user experience.
- Create user flows, journey maps, and design specifications to communicate design solutions effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure designs are modern and effective.
- Ensure design consistency across digital platforms and maintain brand guidelines.
- Provide input and feedback during design reviews and collaborate with the development team during implementation.
- Work on UI animations, transitions, and interactions to create a dynamic user experience.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other wireframing/prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for web and mobile platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development is a plus.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
- Knowledge of design systems, UI guidelines, and design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design ideas clearly.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in an agile environment.
- A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for solving complex design challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
