Job Description:
Soft Enterprise is looking for an organized, efficient, and proactive Human Resource Assistant to support our HR department in daily operations. This role will involve assisting with recruitment processes, employee on-boarding, payroll processing, maintaining HR records, managing inventories and petty cash, and supporting overall HR operations. The HR Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring smooth HR functions and employee satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
As an HR Assistant, your key duties will include:

  • Assisting in recruitment by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinating employee on-boarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, both digital and paper based.
  • Managing HR-related documentation such as employee contracts, leave applications, and performance reviews.
  • Assisting with payroll processing by verifying work hours, calculating wages, and preparing payroll reports.
  • Monitoring and maintaining office inventories (e.g., office supplies, stationery).
  • Tracking and managing petty cash expenses, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Assisting in preparing and processing employee benefits such as health insurance, leave, and retirement plans.
  • Supporting performance management activities, including maintaining records and organizing feedback sessions.
  • Assisting with compliance-related tasks and ensuring adherence to labour laws and company policies.
  • Handling general HR administrative tasks as required.
