Digital Marketing Intern

Job Description: 
Soft Enterprise is seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic on-site marketing team. This 3-month internship is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the world of digital marketing. You will assist with implementing strategies that drive online traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the creation, scheduling, and management of digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc).
• Help in managing and optimizing social media accounts, content calendars, and engagement strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO on website content and blog articles.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and UTM tracking.
• Support in drafting marketing emails, newsletters, and promotional materials using email marketing tools.
• Assist in content creation including graphics, blogs, social captions, and landing pages.
• Analyze competitors and trends to suggest innovative campaign ideas.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content writers on integrated marketing projects.
• Report weekly on the performance of social, paid, and organic campaigns.
• Help in improving engagement and conversion through A/B testing and user feedback.

Job Requirements: 

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, email marketing).
• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, Facebook Ads Manager.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and trends.
