Soft Enterprise is looking for an experienced and innovative Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our brand’s online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing objectives and brand positioning.
- Lead the social media team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Oversee daily operations of all official brand accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and engaging content across platforms.
- Coordinate with design, content, and video teams to produce multimedia content including reels, carousels, stories, and ads.
- Launch and optimize paid social media campaigns for lead generation, sales, and engagement.
- Monitor social media performance, prepare analytical reports using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions to build strong community relationships.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. sales, HR, customer support) for cross-functional campaign support.
- Manage partnerships with influencers, collaborators, and third-party agencies when required.
- Stay up-to-date with platform changes, emerging trends, and new digital tools.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar senior-level digital marketing role.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, their analytics, and advertising systems.
- Strong creative, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
- Proficiency in using social media tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Experience with performance marketing, A/B testing, and content ROI tracking.
- Familiarity with brand voice, audience segmentation, and content trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
