Job Description:  
Soft Enterprise is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven Junior Social Media Marketer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will help enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and support digital campaigns across all major social media platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for content creation and social media marketing who is looking to grow professionally in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to produce engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Plan and execute weekly/monthly content calendars and contribute ideas to marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor account activity, engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and grow the brand’s online community.
  • Track and report social media metrics and performance insights using Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media ad campaigns, influencer partnerships, and giveaways.
  • Conduct competitor research and stay updated on the latest social media trends, formats, and algorithm changes.
  • Help improve brand visibility and consistency across all social touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements: 

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in social media marketing (internship experience acceptable).
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Spark, Later, or similar.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
