We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive traffic across social channels. You will also manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI. - Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand voice, marketing goals, and seasonal trends.
- Utilize social media tools and analytics to track campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize engagement.
Paid Advertising Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Perform A/B testing to refine ad content, visuals, and targeting for maximum impact.
- Monitor ad budgets, optimize bid strategies, and adjust campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals and return on investment (ROI).
Audience Engagement and Community Management
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
- Monitor trends and conversations within the industry to identify and capitalize on engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with customer support to handle inquiries and resolve issues through social channels, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Analytics and Performance Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media channels, such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, and conversions.
- Generate monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand the social media landscape and identify growth opportunities.
Collaboration with Marketing and Design Teams
- Work closely with the content and graphic design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.
- Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry partners for collaborative content and promotional campaigns.
- Align social media strategies with overall marketing initiatives to support campaigns and drive business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with paid ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Ability to interpret social media analytics and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and effective communication.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
