Job Description:
Soft Enterprise is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our dynamic on-site marketing team. This 3-month internship offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand communication across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce creative graphics, captions, reels, stories, and videos.
- Monitor social media accounts for engagement, respond to comments/messages, and help build an active community.
- Research trending hashtags, current industry trends, and viral formats to increase reach and engagement.
- Contribute to content calendars, campaign planning, and execution of weekly/monthly posting schedules.
- Track analytics and generate basic reports on follower growth, engagement, and performance using tools like Meta Business Suite or Buffer.
- Support in running social media campaigns, giveaways, polls, influencer collaborations, and more.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing.
Job Requirements:
- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Creativity and a good eye for visuals and messaging.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or basic video/image editing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
