Job Description: 
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Non-Technical) to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to closure. 
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budget, and resource allocation. 
  • Identify, track and mitigate project risks. 
  • Coordinate and communicate project status with clients, and team members. 
  • Facilitate project meetings and lead project team members to deliver results. 
  • Ensure that all projects meet quality standards, are delivered on time and within budget. 
  • Continuously evaluate project processes and make recommendations for improvements. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. 
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. 
  • Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira. 
Shift Options: 
  • Morning 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM 
  • Night 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM
