Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an inbound call center environment.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Flexibility to work night shifts as required.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
