  • Handle inbound calls from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements and skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an inbound call center environment.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts as required.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
