Job Description:
Soft Enterprise is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. You will be instrumental in expanding the company’s market presence and leading the development of new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to meet company growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Lead and manage the business development team to ensure objectives are met.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and drive growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business development materials to clients.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
  • Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Set and manage team targets, track progress, and ensure performance standards are met.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions to clients in line with contractual agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices.

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and mentor staff.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A track record of successfully driving sales and business growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to business development.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market research techniques.
  • Ability to travel as required for business meetings and client interactions.
