Job Description: 
Soft Enterprise is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator (Non-Technical) to support our project management team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating team activities, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in project coordination and a strong desire to grow within the project management field.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and monitor project tasks to ensure timely completion, adjusting schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes, ensuring all records are accurate and accessible.
  • Facilitate communication among project teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues, assisting in the development of mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, coordinating reviews and approvals as needed.
  • Assist in tracking project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and any deviations from the plan.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices and process improvements.

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Microsoft Project)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • CAPM or PMP certification is a plus
