Job Description:
Soft Enterprise is looking for a highly strategic, data-driven, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our online marketing efforts. This role involves overseeing all digital marketing operations, managing campaigns across various platforms, and driving measurable results in brand visibility, user acquisition, and conversion rates.
The ideal candidate is well-versed in performance marketing, SEO, social media, analytics, and content strategy, and can lead a team toward achieving ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid advertising
- Plan and manage ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others
- Supervise the content strategy, including blogs, landing pages, website content, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with SEO and branding goals
- Lead the social media team and oversee account growth, engagement strategies, and community management
- Conduct regular performance reviews using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, and Hotjar
- Manage and optimize the marketing funnel to drive qualified leads, conversions, and customer retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Development) to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals
- Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and algorithm changes to inform strategic direction
- Oversee marketing automation tools and email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and deliver ROI through campaign performance
- Mentor and lead junior marketers and interns, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven team leadership and campaign success.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated success in managing B2B/B2C digital campaigns and lead generation
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel tracking
- Strong grasp of branding, content marketing, and storytelling in digital formats
