Job Description:  
Soft Enterprise is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven Junior Social Media Marketer to join our growing on-site marketing team. In this role, you will help enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and support digital campaigns across all major social media platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for content creation and social media marketing who is looking to grow professionally in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to produce engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Plan and execute weekly/monthly content calendars and contribute ideas to marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor account activity, engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and grow the brand’s online community.
  • Track and report social media metrics and performance insights using Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media ad campaigns, influencer partnerships, and giveaways.
  • Conduct competitor research and stay updated on the latest social media trends, formats, and algorithm changes.
  • Help improve brand visibility and consistency across all social touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements: 

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in social media marketing (internship experience acceptable).
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Spark, Later, or similar.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
