Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in project management within the IT industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against these plans.
- Manage project risks and issues, and take corrective action as required.
- Ensure effective communication with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners as required.
- Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor and coach project team members as required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
