Job Description: 
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer Intern to join our IT company. As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you will work closely with our product development team to design and improve our digital products' user interface and user experience. The successful candidate will be able to translate complex concepts into easy-to-use designs that enhance our customers' experience. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate with the product development team to design and improve the user interface and user experience of our digital products. 
  • Conduct user research to understand user behavior and preferences. 
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas. 
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards. 
  • Work with the development team to ensure designs are implemented correctly. 
  • Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. 
Requirements: 
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work. 
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant tools. 
  • Understanding of design principles and user-centered design process. 
  • Ability to communicate design ideas effectively. 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and tools.
