Job Description: 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our growing IT company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all HR activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The Human Resource Executive will be the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, and training and development. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives. 
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. 
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements. 
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. 
  • Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances and conducting investigations as necessary. 
  • Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs. 
  • Manage the performance evaluation process, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees. 
  • Ensure compliance with the tax & law regulations authorities. 
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in an IT company preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local employment laws. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. 
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits. 
  • Conduct periodic inventory audits and report discrepancies to management. 
  • Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs. 
  • Manage inventory levels of office supplies and equipment.
