Soft Enterprise is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our team. The HR Intern will be responsible forassisting the HR department with various tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR-related duties. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in HR and wants to gain hands-on experience.
Job Responsibilities::
Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating with hiring managers, and conducting orientation sessions.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including planning and organizing company events and activities.
Help maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in CS, SE, and IT
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field will be plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
